Ionuț Sofia

Producer 

                Ionuț Sofia, producer and editor based in Bucharest, graduated Film Studies at National University of Theatre and Cinematography „I.L.Caragiale”. He invests all of his time in his passion for video and cinema, working on a variety of projects, including short films, music videos, documentaries and commercials. His “can do” attidude made him noticeable in the industry. The movies that he edited have won prises in both national and international film festivals.

Andrei Redinciuc

Director / Screenwriter

                Andrei Redinciuc is a director, screenwriter and producer. His work includes short films like “Extravaganzia mare, blat subțire, sos iute” and ”Datoria”, which were selected in numerous national and international film festivals, but also commercials, movie trailers and comedy sketches. He is the Head of the Video Departament for the ”Șerban Ionescu” Theatre and Film Festival and a co-founder of the production company ICAR FILMS. He is meticulous, energetic and likes to explore and play with different genres, ranging from comedy to drama, thriller and even horror. His creativity and his passion for combining different storytelling styles bring to our projects a fresh and entertaining value.

Florin Burlacu (FRNK.)

Director / DOP / Editor

                Meet our young and talented filmmaker and director, who is passionate about alternative music and art. With a focus on music videos, he has recently expanded into documentaries, showcasing his versatility and passion for capturing the true essence of artists on film.

                His love for heavy music and pop music is reflected in his work, as he strives to create a visual experience that resonates with the viewer. Using uncommon techniques and a creative vision, he brings a fresh perspective to every project he takes on.

                He understands the importance of listening to his clients and ensuring that they receive the final product in perfect condition. His attention to detail and dedication to his craft has earned him the opportunity to work with some of the biggest artists from Romania, including Inna, Mario Fresh, Irina Rimes, Rares, and many others.

Gabriel Radu

Director / Screenwriter / Editor

                Gabriel Radu is a director, screenwriter and video editor. As a director and writer, Gabriel won a vast amount of film festivals, and also co-created and directed the comedy series “La Oras”, for the streaming platform Voyo. His skills as a video editor are highly sought after, his editing portfolio containing feature length films, music videos, live concerts, BTS and commercials. As a vital member of our team, Gabriel brings creativity and dedication to all of our projects, and has demonstrated an exceptional ability to bring our clients ideas to life.

Bogdan Marinescu

DOP / Screenwriter

                Bogdan is a DOP, screenwriter, and co-creator of the miniseries “La Oras” available on the Voyo  streaming platform. In addition to this, he has over 20 short films, commercials, and music videos in his portfolio, both within UNATC and independently. His films have been screened at Les Films de Cannes a Bucharest, YOUKi Media International Film Festival, and China International Microfilm Exhibition. Additionally, Bogdan enjoys experimenting in the field of stop-motion animation

Cătălin Rugină

DOP

              Catalin Rugina studied the art of cinematography at the “National University of Theatre and Film I.L. Caragiale” in Bucharest. He has the capacity and experience to work in both digital and film formats. The means of expression and techniques helped him to realize various projects in recent years, such as short films, music videos, commercials, present at festivals as well as online platforms. In 2020, he won the “Cinematography Award for Romanian Film” at the international “cineMAiubit” festival, and in 2021, he was nominated for the GOPO Awards at the “Young Hope” category, for his work in the films “Datoria” and “Vânătoarea de cerbi”.

Daniel Mihail

Editor

                Daniel has vast experience in the audiovisual industry and is recognized for his attention to detail and the creativity he demonstrates in high-pressure situations. He has a clear vision of how to communicate a story and uses every tool provided by video editing software to achieve this. He focuses on details that others may overlook, allowing him to create a final product that is not only  visually impressive but also emotionally powerful.

Sabin Mardale

Editor

                Sabin Mardale studied the Arts of Film Editing at National University of Theatre and Cinematography “I. L. Caragiale” and graduated in 2021. Among the years he edited numerous award winning short-films like “Extravaganzia mare, blat subțire, sos iute”(2021), “Datoria”(2020), “Fragmentari”(2021), “Cand se întinde un nor spre altul”(2022) and “Mama mea e numai una”(2018). Besides film, he has a passion for music wich lead him to edit music videos and create visuals for national and international artists. The desire to play with the artistic boundaries is his strongest characteristic.

Alexandru Milies

Sound Designer

                Introducing Alexandru Milies, the sound designer who brings your films, commercials and even Virtual Reality to life. His attention to detail certifies his ability to create immersive and high-quality soundscapes that elevate the visual storytelling experience. Whether he is designing sound effects, recording foley, mixing audio tracks, studio or field recording, Alexandru strives for excellence.

                With a passion for ambitious concepts, he delivers outstanding sound design that captures the spirit and soul of your projects. Packed with excellent communication skills, Alexandru thrives on creative challenges and he always approaches every project with unique and innovative perspectives, while being able to navigate through the most complex tasks.

                In 2019, Mili (as friends call him) won Andrei (Otto) Toncu Award for Best Sound Design of a Romanian Film at the International Festival “CineMAiubit 2019” for Camera Obscura and A Love Story.
